We can dream a little bit, imagine that we've beat Pussycats last weekend, we would be 7-3!! and they would be 5-5, perfect, ohh so close... but still we can get this.
yesterdays game would have been much easier if we had healthy Peanut, Bowman almost f...ed it up for us. glad to see Pep solid

So the 2 games we lost by 8 points, 3-4 Def's w/teams that have the ability to put up a huge lead and force a team to play catchup.

In theory we could ... none of the remaining teams look like a threat except Philly because they are on a Foles role.

    Chip Kellys dream QB.

Yes but their 3-4 defense was only good enough to make us lose by 8 points.

In the second Lions game we had them on the ropes to the end.

Despite everything thats happened to us with defensive injurys we keep finding a way.

Lose or win ... we dont give up. Nobodys kicking our asses ... they are beating us those that do.

Theres a BIG difference between the two. The Cowboys got their asses kicked at N.O.

And when it comes to putting up numbers Washington put up 45 ... we put up 41 in a losing effort.

So we can hang with teams point for point IF its needed.

THing is... when we hang with a team I want to be the one hanging just a few more on them than they are on us. Right now, the only time that has happened is against the Ravens. I hat losing by a few points. But it IS better than getting blown out.

We have a whole new coaching staff and Offensive scheme and O-Line and we have had a huge amount of injuries, including our starting QB, yet we are 6-4, in second place in our Division by a tie breaker only.

    I'll take that.

Heres what scares me ... the Rams went on the road to Indy ... blew the wonderkid Luck out 38-8.

THEN came home to a BYE ... and now face us in their house.

Thats the kind of cocky swager that could cause problems for us.

The NFL is all about parity so taking anyone lightly and you will end up getting your ass handed to you. That's another reason to like Tman he makes sure his guys are prepared for every game no matter the other teams record or the Bears record or even each teams circumstances. If each player does their job like they're supposed to Tman will take care of the rest.

With our defense, we are a fluke at 6-5...

Inujuries or not, Mel Tucker sucks. We've gotten beat up in every game.. Our offense has been the key to most of our success this year.

Looking at the numbers and this shouldnt have turned out the way it did.

They blew through our defense. And their defense caused turnovers.

    30 first downs for us ... 30 ! 20 for them.

344 passing yards by us. 148 for them.

This is what killed us :

80 yards rushing by us. 258 ??? by them.

Avg. gain per rushing play by them : 8.9

Thats almost a first down by them every time they touch the ball.

You may remember Ogletree from the draft.

    He had 10 tackles.

Peppers had 1. McClellin had 1. Bass had 1. I supposse we are hating on Conte for some reason but he had 5 tackles.

LOL. Conte had 5 tackles because front-7 was missing them.

You state the obvious David L.

I dont know if theres anything we can do about it. We seem to have run out of players that play.

Peppers 1 tackle. McClellin 1 tackle. Bass 1 tackle.

Bring back Briggs! There's another thing they could try, but it won't happen and I'm tired of talking about it.
