    Jaguars promote EverBank Field's new video boards

    The team is expected to unveil its new 362-feet wide video boards at EverBank Field on July 26 at a soccer friendly and Carrie Underwood concert, per The Florida Times Union.
    In the meantime, the Jags are promoting the fact that their screens are the world's largest with a billboard at the I-95 and I-10 split in Jacksonville that takes a friendly jab at fellow NFL teams.
    A local fan tweeted out a picture of the billboard, which points out it's bigger than the ones in Dallas and Houston.

    The Jags billboard will dwarf the Cowboys' (160 feet) and Texans' (277 feet) in the ever-escalating battle for screen dominance.
    The boards are part of the Jags' $63 million effort to entice fans to leave their couches on Sundays.
    Testing of the board was apparently going on this weekend and a worker took a snapshot. It looks pretty, pretty, pretty awesome.

    Good thing, now the video boards can show all the empty seats in the stadium. lol

    Weaver pretty much drove that team into the ground.

    Khan is actually making moves to build a foundation. I see good things for this team. He's still dealing with a front office that Weaver (previous owner) hired/installed.

    The best thing here is that it's a small market that is getting money dumped into it.

    So you don't think the Jaguars should be the team to move to L.A.?

    no. I don't even think that's an option or on the table. Khan loves Jacksonville..

    he is doing a lot of business deals and gives the impression he's here to stay.if anything id bet London as a new city since he keeps giving away home games to them.

    London is his way of increasing the fan base, which is kind of smart.

    Why buy a huge scoreboard when so few people go to the games that everyone can sit in the lower tier? Oh, I guess so folks in the area can see it "on TV" since all the games are blacked out.
