JetBlue apologizes to mother for mistreatment after child urinates in seat

    This frustrates me. I hate how one person can start the escalation of mishandling of a situation.

    It kind of reminds me of the opening scene from the movie Anger Management.

    To me, Jet Blue shoud have given her more than $50.

    What if there wasn't an off duty pilot to convince the crew to let her stay? Why does it take the off duty pilot? To me, you don't want to sue them, but when you make an announcement calling her an unruley passenger, that is frustrating beyond frustrating.

    Honestly, the attendant who was the first contact should be fired. This is beyond a slap on the wrist. This is a NO BRAINER! It's a 3yr old child. Yeah she did it on purpose.. lol
