This is yet another reason why Long is my favorite current Bears player.

A parent contacted Kyle Long on twitter talking about how his kid is bullied on the school bus.

Long offered to ride the bus to protect the kid (if he got permission of course)

What a draft pick this man has been. He is fully on his way to being beloved by Bears fans.

It's not in the article but, the parent responded that their looking into whether Long will be allowed to do it or not so it might actually happen.

The story is fantastic already and how great would it be if Long actually went through with it?

There is actually an organization that does this for abused children. Some very cool (and touching) stories.

But back on topic ... It looks like Kyle will be a long term good character member of the team. Seems to be a real stand up guy.

Cool move by Long... be a nice vote of confidence for the kid. Long is an interesting follow on twitter.

And my struggle to decide whether to buy a 75/Long or 69/Allen jersey continues.

Tough choice right there. Long is well on his way to becoming a big-time fan favorite and I honestly believe that Allen will also be a fan favorite too.

If it was me and I could only choose one, I'd go with #75 for sure.

    But why not buy both?
