Bears receiver's extension is for three years, Ian Rapoport reports. Marshall signed the extension on ABC's "The View."

Now it's certain, Jay's bff will retire as a Bear.

And hopefully with a couple of rings.

Since being traded to the #Bears in 2012, Brandon Marshall is 2nd in NFL in receptions, 4th in receiving yards and 5th in TD catches.

    Earned that paper.

not a bad signing, and at the right price, your top 10 wr's are in the high 8 to 16mil range, and I could definately put B-Marsh in the top 10 WR's list.

I'd definitely say Marshall is top 10 material. You also can't put a price on the leadership and tutelage he provides for our younger receivers. While he's a Bear any WR that comes through our team is going to be better for it, and you can't put a price on that. Who knows how much effect he's had on Alshon's career, and hopefully the same to Wilsons.

That's a very reasonable deal to get a top WR in his prime for $10m/yr.
    Damn you gotta love Emery.

The trade for Marshall will go down as one the most lopsided in NFL history. Like when the Cubs traded Lou Brock for a peanut vendor.

Phil Emery is an absolute sniper, secret agent, ninja. He was on the Score earlier this morning with Mully and Hanley.

I texted in asking them to ask Emery about an extension for Brandon Marshall because it would be a wise move.

BOOM! A couple of short hours later and it's a done deal.

Absolutely love this current Bears Management and Coaching regime.

Just out of curiosity, why do you always post "continue reading" instead of simply copying and pasting the entire article to read here, and simply linking to the source in your post?

    Anywho, good news.

No, it means he is pledging 1 Trillion to Mental Health Awareness. Duh. Why do you have to belittle his most generous pledge?
