B.R. is kind of like the Enquirer of football-sometimes very wrong and once in a while dead on.

He's got great speed, good size & makes plays. Good blitzer with 3.5 sacks & he probably hasn't reached his potential yet. I hope we can get him &/or Whitner. Those two would make a very solid safety duo for our boys. I'm probably dreaming but that is what FA is for.:koolaid[1]:

Thanks, so a FS. He would be Conte's replacement/competition. We really do need a SS though even more.

Still hoping we get TJ for SS. Bennett and TJ would be a solid FA signings. Through in a few lesser names like Mitchell and taking a whole new look on for the draft. Of course being greedy, picking up another top DE like Johnson, Houston, or even Jared Allan for a yr or two would just be freaking awesome. Or as Martellus is putting on Twitter It would be "BEARSOMENESS"

I'd love to see it, buddy. Just didn't think we'd be signing two safeties.

At least he won't come with a price tag like Ward or Byrd will. If they get Bennett that may be it for big dollar signings. We still have some of our own to sign.

Seems like Mitchell is a hot commodity. Lots of teams rumored to be interested.

I was wondering if that was the plan in pursuing him. If true, it makes a whole lot more sense and much cheaper than Ward (and younger than Whitner).

If we're replacing both safeties then it may make sense to get a FA FS and go draft a rook at SS that could plug and play right away.
