    We are gonna need to go AT LEAST 3-2 over the next 5 to get to 10 wins total and possibly sneak into the playoffs.

    NYG
    @Washington
    bye
    @GB
    Detroit
    Baltimore

    I already have GB penciled in as a loss since: 1-we always lose to them and 2-Rodgers will tear us a new one, due to our lack of a pass rush. That means we have to take 3 out of 4 against the Giants, Redskins, Lions and Ravens. Obviously , we all hope that we take all 4 of those games, but 3 would at least put us in a position to get to 10 wins by the end of the year. Call me crazy, but I am worried about the Giants game on Thursday. If we lose that game, things might really go south in a hurry. For this reason, I am qualifying it as a MUST WIN.

    I think the next two are wins, and I hear we can take those bye guys too!

    I'm extremely worried about the DL going against the Bye guys. I'd bet a paycheck we don't get a single sack against 'em. :D

    The good news is that "Bad Jay" has never had a meltdown against them. It will definitely be a no int game for Jay.

    I haven't kept close track of the Ravens this year. Are they as good as last year?

    You may be right, but I think we can keep them from scoring.

    If we manage to lose, at home, to the 0-5 Giants, the Bears fans will be suicidal. After we went 3-0, season expectations went through the roof. Now folks are hoping the season gets back on track against a horrific NY team. But if for some crazy reason we would lose this game, some fans will be jumping off the bandwagon.

    I can't wait for Thursday night to see what adjustments the team makes.

    That Bengals game set the tone for me. I knew that was going to be a tough game. I was hoping to win it, but wasn't sure we could. The next two were games I thought we could win, and actually, I thought we could win in Detroit. I always thought NO was going to be a loss. This team is still in big time flux. Every time I start to think they are not as good as I would like, I try to ground myself by thinking about what their record would be under Lovie and Tice. NO WAY we would be at 3-2 right now. So I am going to patiently see this season through and see what happens in the offseason.

    Right now, I still have expectations that they could be in the playoffs. I think that will come more into focus after the second Lions game and the GB game.

    I'm afraid that cap won't do us any good now. No way to get a good DL at this point in the season. It is going to have to be the offseason before we can get any real help, and we have lots of guys that are on one year contracts so cap may not be too much of an issue.

    The Ravens are not as good this year as they were last year, but you can not sleep on them. The key is to stop the run. Period. If you can contain Ray Rice then we have a good chance to beat them.

    I hope you are correct, BoocheeMan. I really do, but I am worried. I think that this DL might just do us all in...:(

    I wonder how bad we would be if Lovie was still Head Coach? I don't want to know but I do know this these next few weeks will be key games especially tomorrow night.

    I too, had us losing to NO but we should have won that Detroit game.
