    Draft Summary

It's all Just a Joke had success drafting in the third spot of the opening round, putting together a roster that is capable of reaching the posteason. They waited until the 10th round to secure their top quarterback. At another spot in the lineup, It's all Just a Joke was able to secure one of the best foursomes of running backs in the league.
    • Bishop Sankey may have been a steal in the 8th round, with an overall pick of 87th compared to an ADP of 68.6).
    • Other NFL.com drafters felt that choosing T.Y. Hilton in the 6th round was somewhat of a stretch (63rd overall pick versus an ADP of 84.0).
    • It's all Just a Joke had a strong finish, accumulating the most projected points in the league over the second half of the draft.

    Draft Summary

Valhalla Vagrants had success drafting in the first spot of the opening round, assembling a roster that has the ability to reach the postseason. They didn't overload at any one position early on, instead focusing on balance by drafting a quarterback, running back, wide receiver, and tight end within their first five picks. By the time all the picks were in, Valhalla Vagrants ended up with one of the most prolific tandems of quarterbacks in the league.

Built Around a Pair of Seahawks, Grin and Bear It Aims to Make a Statement This Season

    • Draft Grade C
    • Proj Record 1-12
    • Proj Finish 12
    Draft Summary

After selecting ninth overall, Grin and Bear It is projected to finish 12th in DaBears Official. While the projections aren't ideal, the squad is presented with an opportunity to prove them wrong once the games begin. They focused on building a well-rounded team right from the start, taking a quarterback, running back, wide receiver, and tight end within their first five picks. By the end of the draft, Grin and Bear It secured a foursome of running backs with the most room for improvement.
    • According to ADP, it was a bit of a reach selecting Anquan Boldin in the 4th round (45th overall pick versus an ADP of 125.3 across all NFL.com leagues).
    • Russell Wilson can deliver wins with his arm and his legs. With 475 projected rushing yards, he ranks fourth among QBs in that category.
    • Shane Vereen is a dual threat, racking up points on the ground and through the air. He ranks second among RBs in projected receiving yards with 604.

In Spite of Some Early-Round Reaches, GrizzlyBear Expects to Factor Heavily into the Playoffs

    • Draft Grade B
    • Proj Record 6-7
    • Proj Finish 5
    Draft Summary

Picking 11th overall in the opening round, GrizzlyBear had a decent showing and assembled a team that has the ability to reach the postseason. They put extra emphasis on wide receivers, using four of their first seven picks to address that position. At another spot in the lineup, GrizzlyBear was able to secure one of the highest-scoring pairs of quarterbacks in the league.
    • The other league managers may have passed over a diamond in the rough, as Wes Welker dropped to the 71st overall pick versus an ADP of 46.3.
    • In the 8th round, caution was thrown to the wind, as Zach Ertz was selected at pick number 95 versus an ADP of 131.0 across all NFL.com leagues.
    • The choice of Garrett Graham with the 167th pick represented the final-round selection with the fewest projected points.

    Draft Summary

When a bottom-half draft slot yields top-half results, that's the sign of a focused GM. Such was the case with Angry Pollocks, which flipped their seventh overall pick into a projected fifth-place finish in DaBears Official. They were careful to balance their roster from the beginning, acquiring a quarterback, two running backs, and two wide receivers with their first five picks. By the end of the draft, Angry Pollocks landed the best pair of quarterbacks in the league.

man if only you could play 2 qb's each week some of you guys would be set!
Before the draft I could have sworn I saw we had a 3rd spot for a WR or RB, or I actually would have gotten a QB sooner, finding out after the fact we didn't kind of sucked, but inj's to rb's and wr's are more likely then your qb so i'm okay with it.
