Interesting that the Pack gets destroyed by the 49ers, who in turn get destroyed by Seattle, and they're considered a top-5 team in the NFL. A win over the the #24 ranked 'Skins means they're world beaters I guess.

It reminds me of the annual "Favre Love" from the media.

I'm ok with these rankings. I think the Seahawks and Broncos could go either way in the 1 and 2 slot. Everyone else has shown critical enough flaws that the middle of the rankings could be jumbled up any number of ways.

Sorry, but a less than 7 point loss is far, far from being "destroyed". We were in the game the entire way. Now what the Packers did to the Redskins, that would be destroyed. ;-)

    These "rankings" are rather meaningless.

Keep winning and the Bears standings will take care of themselves.

If you want to know how worthless these rankings are, last years Super Bowl Champs were ranked 10 week 18 entering into the playoffs.

For what its worth though, the 49ers were ranked 3rd.

But the champs were ranked 10.

    Rankings=WORTHLESS

Different sites have different rankings. NFL.com has us at #7 (most sites have us at that), BR has us at #4.

In any case...it matters not. 2-0 is the only ranking that matters.

nfl.com has the bears at 7, one down from 6th last week, saying they NEED to play better. For all those crying about the Bears staying the same or going down, how many thought the Bears Minny would be less then a 3pt game; let alone the Bears needing a last drive come back to win? Most those who ya got had the Bears in a blow out.

So JABF you really think because the Bears are 2-0 that we're even in the class of the 49ers, Seahawks or Packers? The Packers almost beat the 49ers. The Seahwaks have a fierce defense. The Bears haven't beaten the Packers since God knows when. Shoot the Bears almost lost because of Cutler's miscues. We haven't proven shit as a team yet.

    Here is what I know.

    Bears are 2-0
Bears are in first place in the NFCN
Bears have a chance to go 3-0 if they can beat the Steelers in Pittsburgh

I'm with the Benj on this one. I don't care what other teams look like to other people. I only care about how the Bears look to me. And they can't be better than 1st place.

    We haven't ?? who's WE ????
Opening KO gets returned for a TD

Ensuing KO Hester puts the O in the driver seat ,.... they go in and score

WHEN was the last time you seen this O score like that ?? let alone play like .
they're going to make mistake It's expected So Cutty had some moments ,..they were overcome and in case you haven't heard Trestman's on top of these two wins reminding the team that they were a few plays each of the game going the other way

    IMHO THIS IS GREAT ! ! !!
I never heard Lovie talk like that and i'll lay odds that Ogre never talked to the team like that
Maybe to his D that was it

    What a f 'ng Moron
New Coaches,... new Systems,.... all take time ,...and from what I have seen on the O side of the ball,... I ' ll take it and enjoy whats transpired thus far ,...
2-0 I'm liking that They won in grand fashion both games ,... Winning is the bottom line
When Trestman's here and it's like this in another year or two with nothing to show for,...it I'll join the cause until sit back enjoy the show watch this team grow into what very well could be the league's next powerhouse perennial winner

1 game at a time ! ! it s the only it's gong to get done
