No Cutler didn't have his moments. He had his usual stupid moments where he gives the game away. He can thank Bennett for saving his ass. Cutler's 3 turnovers nearly gave this one away. Don't care if they won it. His miscues in games like this is why so many dislike Cutler and how careless he is.

Guys don't feed the Deliverance troll.

These power rankings are always dumb to begin with. It's just lazy crap that writers put out in lieu of coming up with actual material. Nothing to get worked up over. The Packers are always going to be rated really highly because they have a top-4 QB and won a Super Bowl a few years back. Their defense blows, but whatever. They can score a lot of points and they have Clay Matthews, a new face of the NFL who is 100% clean despite having 22 inch biceps with a 28 in waist, and having his best friend and training partner Brian Cushing get busted for steroids. He's very clean. I mean it. Wink Wink.

As for the Bears, you can pretty much expect them to be underrated based on the fact that the media universally hates Cutler and gives him little respect, and the Bears haven't won a Super Bowl recently. But really, we're two weeks into the season. The Bears have been resilient, but haven't looked great. They can rank the Bears 20th for all I care, as long as we win. Unlike in college football, it doesn't matter what the media thinks of the Bears. They get to prove it on the field. I'd be fully happy with the media saying the 2013 Bears were the worst Super Bowl champs ever.

We haven't proven anything yet. I agree. We won't prove a thing til the clock hits triple zero Super Bowl Sunday

Don't get me wrong,... I know you're not Tree

I AM liking what Hester did Sunday,..the problem is,.. most of those yards WERE OFF KO returns Running back Ko's doesn't mean squat,as it's more than likely means the opponent just scored The numbers may do Devin well,.. but what about the team ???

Sorry Im not about seeing the other team score,..just so Devin can get his chance to run one back.,... kinda sounds they're playing catch up ,.. something I'm sure most fans have grown tired of seeing already this season. I'd rather see improvement his punt returns and we have already seen where that has gone over the last few years Sure him being back there creates issues for STs coaches all over the league but most know not to punt to him directly Or instruct the punter to get as much hang time as he can allowing gunners to get down field and hope that maybe he'll muff the punt or they might get a fortunate bounce.

Unfortunately Hester's as well other return specialists,...their days are numbered with the direction the league seems to be going in with regard to kick-offs.

Not really interested in power rankings, mainly because when we get some support from the media, we typically start looking like crap. Call it superstitious but I try not to look at the rankings.

I'm a troll because I point out how ridiculous Bears fans on here are getting after beating 2 weak teams? How about we start talking about being a top 5 team when we see where we are at after playing the Lions, Saints, Giants, Redskins and Packers. Its just stupid to even think the Bears are in the upper class of the NFL or even NFC after beating CIN and MIN. Even beating PIT isn't anything to get excited about. That's a terrible, declining team that the Bears should wax.

Btw, you can shove that troll remark up your backside.

It's also Cutty's fault we have to play pit, he's also responsible for global warming and the damn banjos I keep hearing.

    Yep and yep.

The Bears played like ass during the heart of the game--say, mid-2nd thru mid-4th. Turnovers, wasted offensive possessions, blown scoring opportunities (3 big ones which leap to mind), and a weak pass rush which almost succeeded in making Christian Ponder look like a bonafide NFL starting quarterback. That's the bad news. The good news, as long as those miscues get cleaned up a bit going forward, is that good teams have to find a way to win even when they're not "on" and the Bears did.

The game should and would have been a blowout by the 3rd, despite the opening KO return for 6, if just half those screwups had been avoided. 41-17 was the talent score on the field. It ended up being 31-30 because the Bears handed Minny 14 points and easily left 10 more of their own out there.

Sorry guys, but even at 2-0 everything isn't sunshine and rainbows.

This team had flaws. Our hope is that the Bears find out what they are and how to fix them before our opponents figure them out and how to exploit them.

Ignoring and brushing them off pretending everything is fine just because the Bears are 2-0 is very shortsighted.

Yeah, don't forget that we are also 2 darts from Cutler to the corner away from being 0-2 right now.
