Per ESPN - Ralph Wilson, Hall of Fame owner of Buffalo Bills, has died at age 95
R.I.P. Mr. Wilson!
I hope that this doesn't mean the Bills are on their way to Toronto or somewhere else.
HAHAH Toronto fans love their Bills and it has always been said that A Major media mogul has been actively trying to purchase a team....The games that was played up here didnt attract much ticket sales but I believe that was due to the 150$ -250$ priced good seats...they started to slash prices but think it was a bit late, Not to mention our beloved Dome stadium only seats 54k max so I dont think it would fly with the NFL even if they were the highest bidder
I don't want to belittle Buffalo but I think Toronto would be a great place for an NFL team if the city would support them.
Sorry to disagree with you Soul, but there already are Canadien teams in every other major league, let American Football stay where it belongs. Besides I would hate to see a storied franchise like Buffalo move to Toronto or LA while a crappy team like Jax still can't sellout a single home game.
Sorry, but Canadian football is not football
I love my City Toronto, but I just don't think we are ready to support an NFL team yet... The city is NUTS for the Maple leafs win or lose (mostly lose) but when the MLB season is on I swear they cant get 20k in the dome to watch the games....of course the first month is a sell out but as soon as the losing streaks start, the fans stop coming
RIP to one of the founding fathers of the AFL
