If the NFLPA forces the NFL into a joint investigation, which would be the best thing, given that the NFL has never disciplined anyone they've found to be guilty of such misconduct in the past, then Schiano's days as the Bucs head coach are even fewer than previously thought. Personally, I think it's a scumbag move by a **** coach, and this is probably his last job in the NFL. The only other coach dumb enough to turn on his locker room like this was Bill Calahan, and it took him a good while before he was even an assistant again, in the NFL.

Why does Schiano remind me of Saban when he was in the pros?

Good call. I'm torn between treating your players like ****, and abandoning your team in-season as the worst way to be a HC. Wow, Wanny looks good by comparison.
