Scouts: Peppers “didn't seem like he was into it” for the Bears - gave effort on a few plays/game

    This, especially the bolded, 10000x this. Everyone you talk to about Peppers is he's a pretty and stand up guy, but from the sounds of it he was effected by inj's in the pre season to himself and the inj's during the season to everyone else, and how that effected what the team needed him to do.

    All I can say is that Peppers admitted his play was off last season. We all can guess why that was but nobody but Peppers knows for sure. I have to admit though that I see a bit of Albert Hanesworth in him.

    It will be interesting to see how the Packers use him. Is he an every down player, or a third down specialist? Is he a defensive end, or an outside linebacker in the 3-4? Will GB play some 4-3? Will they move Peppers around? Will he be opposite Clay Matthews? There's a lot Capers can do with a motivated JP, we'll find out going forward just how motivated he is, and how much is left in the tank.

    it will be, but at the end who really cares bout him, we need to get better are crush them, its about time

    The Bears are efforting to get younger on defense, which was much needed. Whether or not that translates into 'better' remains to be seen.
