But that was part of Trestman's plan ... Get a team with no confidence to maybe start thinking the have a shot and then...

    BAM !!!

slam the door on 'em and totally destroy any last shred of confidence they had. Unfortunately, after that plan came to fruition, our poor play actually did get their confidence level back and they made a game of it.

With the exception of NE, the whole AFC crapped themselves today. Houston, Cleveland, Tennessee, and Baltimore all threw away (or got blown out in) winnable games.

Plus Denver should have played better against JACKSONVILLE!!!! Though I will give the Jags credit. They did put up a fight.

Yea the Baltimore Oline didn't look great in that game, it really reminded me of Lovie offense. 3 and out all day...

We have talked about how the Oline already have been tested against the better ones in the NFL, Bengals and Lions but to me after having watched the Ravens play twice that will be the real big test. Holy shit is that defense scary as fuck and that Dline/LB will come after Cutler as he was their paycheck.. For me this is a better Ravens defense than last years, and that speaks for itself. If our Oline can keep Cutler upright troughtout the game it should be a win for us..

Now after winning the SB Baltimore is going to cost for next 5 to 10 years not expecting them to be any better than Jacksonville. GB is in shambles if we don't beat them twice this year all of this stuff they have been doing with Bears reconstruction will be a big F'n waste of time.

So I watch the Ravens every week and we here in B-more saw a loss coming, but the game plan was absolutely terrible.

It looked exactly like a Lovie called game run-run -pass, and then the passes down field was a deep pass. That Game was winnable because the Ravens Defense actually showed up nearly the whole game.

The Ravens could not run the ball, but they continued to run right up the middle with Rice (they need to admit that he is more of a scat back and play him like that).

The Packers can be beat- Play press coverage on the line against the Receivers, but that means we must get to him with some pressure like the Ravens did. There is the problem.

Lacy did get over 100 yard yesterday, but honestly I don't think he was a huge impact. But I think the Bears need to be able to stop him on 3rd and more than 2.

I do think the Packers are beatable, I'm just not sure we are the team to do it.

I actually did not mind going for it on 4 and 2 that early in the game. It felt like something Bill Belicheat would do. I'll let his record* speak for itself, I like bold calculated risks. The result was horrible, but was a team building opportunity that did not pan out... and we won.

I also think the Saints game stressed the need for improvement. Better football out there.
