Don't we already have enough holes to fill on this team, with limited draft picks and minimal cap space? Why on earth would we make a change like this now? Emery isn't stupid. He wants to leverage the resources we have, and build upon a good foundation, rather than starting over. Every single draft pick next year will be precious - just filing the REAL needs we already have. Why shoot ourselves in the foot by completely gutting our defense?
Also, some teams are switching BACK to a 4-3 in recent years. So it's not the "magic bullet" people think it is. I think some fans just like "change" for the sake of change.

If I ran the joint (which I don't) I would stay with the 4-3 personally.
So you think that the GM/Scouting Department can't find players that fit the scheme? I know, I know, there are only a few hundered defensive players available from college each year. Statistically, we'll never be able to do that job. Again.
