He's actually a perfect pick. He can play CB, NB, or safety. Out of all the holes from last year and plans for injury, he'll be playing. And very well. He's smart, too.

I know everyone doesn't like Twitter but it's cool to see the current teams tweets welcoming him and talking about plans for tomorrow. You all should jump on the happy ship instead of being disappointed!

BEARDOWN!!! Can't wait to see our DT pick or picks!!

Plus, you need to see all the other picks to see how it all fits together...

Just my happy thoughts out here in Colorado..... :)

Both our starting cornerbacks are on the wrong side of 30. Peanut is 33. This isn't a sexy pick, but a necessary pick. Life, as we know it on planet earth - will go on without us getting Donald. There are some really solid DT's in this draft, and we'll still get a good one. And maybe a guy who will ultimately have a better NFL career than Donald. None of the safeties in this draft were considered elite, so why not bring a first-tier CB on board this year? We actually will need another top-tier CB by next year to go along with this pick. Maybe not a 1st round guy, but certainly a high pick. I'd have loved to get a safety in the 1st, but I do understand this CB pick.

Yeah, with 3 receiver spreads and all these dynamic outside TEs becoming the norm, he'll see a ton of the field even if he's not "starting."

Manziel lucks out with having Gordon to bail him out. Browns are moving all over the place.
