It's a slow time for Bears news, so I'm trying to start a few "positive" threads here today. Something positive as I look out my window and watch yet another Winter storm hitting :-)

Anyway, who are the sports media people that you MOST enjoy reading or listening to regarding the Chicago Bears?

I really like Lawrence Holmes, he has good guests and has good takes. I like Cowheard(although it's not all chicago), I like Mully/Handley, and I do like Waddle also.

Hate Bores and Bernstien, hate Mac/Spiegs(really just Mac but he brings itall down), don't like Jurko, same thing his cohost s okay, but he just ruins everything.

I'm going with Tom Thayer as well. Just seem to trust him a bit more than others. Just my preference.... Also, he's pretty honest without slamming the Bears..

Love hearing Joniak announce games, the Hester returns are stellar with him. Thayer is good and the Waddle and Silvy show is always great but my all time favorite to read is definitely Matt Bowen. He seems really fair about his assessments and in my opinion explains the game extremely well.

As far as TV I like NFL Network, otherwise don't care much for analysts. ESPN is blah most the time for me.

Matt Bowen is the reason I like Holmes so much, normally tues or weds after a game he'll bring on Bowen to break down 4 of the big plays, it's a really good listen
