Every year we have somebody who's a long shot to make the roster, but is a fan favorite. Now that the draft dust has settled, who 'ya pulling for this year?

Lynch would be the obvious local-boy-does-good story if he can stick as RB3/STer.

Personally I hope one of our udfa LBs impresses enough to make it cuz we have ? marks there. Same with a TE (Fendi or rookie).

Finally I think the udfa guard from Wisconsin (forgot his name) has a real shot at supplanting Brown. He should at least be a PS consideration.

Lynch is the guy, but if he can play special teams I'm okay with it.

You are thinking of Ryan Groy and I'd also like to see him do well.

It would be a big help to the team if Fendi could finally be the guy we hoped he could be.

Lynch, Groy and Christian Jones are three guys I'd like to see stick around.

My dark horse UDFA guys will be Lynch because of his talent, attitude and drive to succeed in the NFL and Groy because he's a Badger. Of the two I think Groy will have the harder row to hoe because of de la Puente but he may stick as a PS guy.

Of the vets I'm pulling for Onobun to finally have the light come on and take up the mantle as Bennett's backup. The guy has everything you'd want to see in an inline TE except an ability to understand how the game is played. I'm hoping the light finally goes on this year because we could sure as hell use him.

Guys who may have played their last game as Bears include; Weems, Greene, Washington, Hayden or Frey, Steltz, Izzy, Collins, and Ford.

I hope Collins hasn't played his last game. If he plays like he did pre-injury he could be a star on this line. If Allen commands attention like you'd imagine Collins is going to greatly benefit from some awesome match-ups. Plus he's going to be playing next to Ratliff who is an upgrade over his previous partner Melton. Melton might have loads of talent but those first few games before the injury he was being outplayed by Collins in every sense of the word. Ratliff came back in a huge way from his injury an was looking great by the end of the year. I think Collins and him could be special this year.
